Happiness is not difficult to find.
We can create our own happiness.
8 Simple ways to create long lasting happiness
1) Visit relatives and family. Give them the gift of your time.
2) Give yourself the gifts of exercise and well being.
3) Plan together gifts- make a meal or a cake together with kids and family, see a movie together, make a snow-man, have fun time together. Capture these magical happy moments!
4) Plan a “no screen time” weekend- no cells, no iPad, no computers, no TV; just spending time with your near and dear ones.
5) Help your neighbors in need.
6) Give compliments and hugs! Don’t be stingy!!
7) Invite for dinner your neighbor, coworker or a friend who is spending the holidays alone.
8) Get kids involves in charity. Ask them to choose toys and clothing that they have outgrown for donation to a children’s charity.Bring smiles to some faces.
Even if we are able to follow few of these steps in the next few days, our life will be happier and more joyful.
