We all experience stress off and on in our daily life- at work, at home, and on the road.
Stress is a part of our life. We should deal with it in a healthy manner.

Type A individuals are people who are hard-driving, competitive, and try to overachieve. This personality has been linked to increased incidence of some heart problems.
Type B individuals are laid-back, never rush, and believe in living in the moment.
Type C individuals love details .They are not assertive at all and they are known to suppress their own desires.The lack of assertiveness results in stress.
Type D (also known as “distressed” or “disease-prone”) individuals are pessimistic and tend to be worried, irritable, and express a great deal of negative emotions. This personality has been linked to cause health related problems.

1) Identify the sources of stress in your life,look closely at your habits,attitude and excuses.
Once you identify the stressors, change your attitude.
Attitude is everything. A negative attitude gets you nowhere. A positive attitude can get you anywhere.

2) Take responsibility for the role you play in creating this stress.
Most of the stress is self created.
By understanding your stress triggers and changing the way you perceive and look at a potentially stressful situation, you can change the way you emotionally react to that situation.

3) Avoid people who give you stress if possible.
Surround yourself with people whom you love and the people who love you.
Spend more time with family and friends.

4) Learn how to say “no.” Avoid taking on more than you can handle.
Communicate your concerns to appropriate concerning party.
Team work might be the key.

5) It is very important to keep some “me time” in your daily schedule.
This will enable your mind to relax in between your hectic schedule.
